JOB DETAILS:
1. Understand the business requirementsin detail.
2. Study the various business processes,tools and system used.
3. Works with development team to design& code the solution.
4. Follow quality standards for softwaredeliverables through the use of systematic processes.
5. Contributes to software test plancreation and test results.
6. Helps to document user manuals,release notes etc.
7. Participate in the Scrum activitiesand communicate with Dev and Product team members on daily basis (Agilemethodology).

REQUIRED SKILLS:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in atechnical discipline (e.g. computer science, Electronics or electricalengineering).
2. 0-12 months of development experience

4. Basic skills in Core Java, socketprogramming, multi-thread programming and event management
